# Overview

Blockchain technology was introduced in 2008 and has since radically changed many sectors, most notably the financial sector. The development of this technology has brought us numerous benefits, such as decentralization, tokenization, high transparency, traceability, fast and low-cost transactions, enhanced security and privacy. These attributes make blockchain technology one of the most significant technological developments of the twenty-first century, suitable for almost every industry. Consequently, this technology makes the future of supply chain management promising, since it has the aforementioned special characteristics that facilitate the work of supply chain management, such as making it more reliable, adapting to current circumstances, and so forth. Moreover, this technology can also be used for many other purposes like data storing.

So, our paper will demonstrate how blockchain technology can be used to solve supply chain management-related problems.
